Residents at Kathryn Court in Essex are visited by local school choir.

Kathryn Court care home in Essex were visited by 30 children from local school, Thorpedene Primary school, for a brilliant choir performance. Residents had such a brilliant time that even Pam, one of the residents, got up to orchestrate the choir. Staff at Kathryn Court said “It really was a very festive way to start the Christmas celebrations."

Kathryn Court have brilliant ties with the local community, and have ten primary schools scheduled to visit the home over December to sing, dance, perform, do arts and crafts and even play Christmas bingo!

Kathryn Court is a 52 bed home situated in the heart of Shoeburyness, Essex. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia and has been chosen by residents and their families as one of the Top 20 care homes in the East of England.
