Ruth, resident at Victoria House in Watford, celebrates her 100th birthday.

Ruth, who is one of Victoria Houses’ day centre residents proudly celebrated her birthday recently with staff and fellow residents. The day was complete with a local entertainer, Ruth’s special birthday card from the Queen, as well as a delicious birthday cake. Ruth was happily joined by her family and friends, and staff were more than happy to host such a joyous event in the home.

Victoria House is a purpose built day centre, situated opposite Greenbanks Care home, and is a 10-15 minute drive from Watford town centre. The Day Centre is open daily from 9am until 4.30pm and has a large dining room, a sensory room, a separate TV room and an activity room.
