Three complimentry letters from families of residents

Dear Ashia,

A BIG THANK YOU to you and Cheryl for arranging the surprise birthday cake for my mother’s 90th birthday. She really wanted to keep her age quiet but she was “over the moon” that someone remembered despite the fact that I was sworn to secrecy not to tell anyone. Well done for making her day!!
Whist on the subject of appraisals, I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you both for being so helpful, supportive and running the home on such a higher standard than it had been before your arrival. Your appointment has made a big difference and I trust that you will remain in your posts for a very long time (if you leave… I would have to move my parents and follow you!!) It is just so nice to know that my parents are being looking after by such fantastic staff and that the management are approachable.
I have taken the liberty of forwarding this email to your head office as I really want them to know your worth.
Once again, many thanks and keep up the good work. Please pass on my thanks to all your staff too.
Kind Regards
Chantal Davies
We would just like to say how impressed we are with Ashia and all the staff at Frank Foster House in Theydon Bois regarding my aunt’s transfer and subsequent care there.
In the two weeks before the transfer and in the time that she has been a resident everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional in all areas.
My aunt had quite an upsetting time in the weeks prior to her move to Frank Foster House, but is settling in well thanks in particular to Ashia’s good management and her caring and professional staff.
Kind Regards
Ray and Rita Padbury
Dear Ashia
I am writing to you personally as the Sister of one of your residents, to thank you and all of your staff for the devoted care, love and attention which was given to him during his 20 months stay with you all, I know that he was very happy with all of the staff and most grateful for the attention which he received and I know that he loved all of them and often remarked about their kindness to him.
You may remember he had lots of visitors who all remarked on the attention he received and how presentable he always was looking cared for and I know that this was not just for him as I used to see regularly acts of kindness and attention to the other residents.
Once again I must thank you all for the wonderful way you all looked after him enabling him to retain his dignity right to the very end.
I will miss the kindness shown to me and to my friends by all of the staff, love to you all.
