Anne-Marie Prothero

Anne-Marie, previously a Registered Nurse, is an accomplished  professional with over 40 years’ experience in Social Care, Staff Training and Senior Management roles and responsibilities throughout East Anglia and the North East.

After she gained an MBA from Lancaster University she accepted a public sector post as the Head of Residential Care/Regional Manager for Social Services, with further academic studies leading her to become a Staff Development and Training Consultant and a Suzy Lamplugh Trainer. Anne-Maire holds a Neebosh Certificate and is a qualified counsellor and mediator in conflict resolution.

In the last few years Anne-Marie has returned to the private sector where she has been a Registered Manager of Runwood Homes’ two largest homes, leading the team to achieve good outcomes with CQC before recently being promoted to the position of a Regional Operations Director where she oversees a portfolio of 10 homes.
