Windle Court National Care Home Open Day
The Deputy Town Mayor, Councillor Alan Shearring, accompanied by his Consort, Mrs Hazel Shearring, visited Windle Court as part of their Open Day Event on Saturday 21st April, organised to mark National Care Home Open Day.
Visitors and residents celebrated the Queen's 92nd birthday, enjoyed food from the Commonwealth and danced to music provided by local entertainer, Tracey, playing music from the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s eras.
One visitor commented "Best home I have visited, staff were amazing with residents. All look happy. Lovely, clean, happy, homely care home".
