Frank Foster residents get up close and personal with animals at Linton Zoo.
Residents at Frank Foster House in Essex had a real treat recently when staff took them on an outing to Linton Zoo in Cambridge. Although the weather was not in their favour, that didn’t stop residents from enjoying themselves. Staff at the zoo were more than accommodation and happy to bring some small animals into the cafe so residents could still see them and interact with the animals despite the rain. Residents said they had a wonderful time and even stopped to take photos with some of the dinosaur statues.
Frank Foster House is a 80 bed home situated in the leafy village of Theydon Bois. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia and has been awarded ‘outstanding’ by the Quality Care Commission, the governing care body in England.
