Armchair Zumba proves to be huge hit at Windmill House.

Trained Instructor Lucy was invited to Windmill House to trial armchair Zumba. The residents absolutely loved her classes, even to the extent of asking for Zumba T-Shirts to wear.

The residents have learnt songs and routines to different songs, such as ‘Dancing Queen’, ‘Blame it on the Boogie’, and ‘Que sera sera’. Learnt routines are also incorporating props, which residents love.
