Tallis House residents welcome Hillhouse School children for a session of ‘Bridge the Gap’.

Hillhouse Church of England Primary School, a local school in Waltham Abbey, Essex, visited the residents of Tallis House recently. The two groups came together for a session of ‘Bridging the Gap’, which encourages intergenerational bonding over activities such as drawing and painting. The residents also enjoy visiting the students at the school for some cake and tea. Intergenerational relationships allow for residents and children to learn from one another, whilst also enjoying each others company, something we highly encourage across the Runwood Homes Group.
