A Note Regarding the Roll-out of Rapid Testing

We are very pleased with the recent developments with regard to rapid testing of people wishing to visit care homes.

To help protect everyone in our homes, rapid testing is something that we are very much looking forward to utilising.

As soon as we, as a provider, have full access to rapid testing kits, have received thorough official guidance and our staff are accordingly trained, we will be able to inform our teams and begin the use of rapid testing kits accordingly.

We will share further developments with regard to rapid testing as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please enjoy visiting residents via our new, safe visiting pods, which will be available in all homes by early next week, if not already in place. Plus, there’s still virtual visiting via video calling or the traditional telephone to keep in touch in the meantime.

We hope to bring you another update soon.

It shouldn’t be too much longer before we can start reuniting families, which will be so wonderful!
