Waterfield House receive improved CQC rating

Waterfield House in Hadleigh, Ipswich, are delighted to have received their new and improved rating from care industry regulator, the Care Quality Commission.

The home, which was previously rated ‘Requires Improvement’ has received their new overall ‘Good’ rating, which was also consistent throughout the five key areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

It is no doubt that the committed team at Waterfield House will be celebrating this news, which is a true testament to the dedication of all the staff at the home.
