Dignity Campaign 2021 - June 'Outside In - Inside Out'

Our Dignity Campaign aims to ensure that residents, and staff alike, can enjoy an effective, whole-team approach to wellbeing.

The June theme for our Dignity Campaign is Outside In – Inside Out.

This month is all about promoting the physical, social and psychological benefits of connecting with the outdoors.

As the weather gets warmer, this month’s theme focuses on encouraging our residents to enjoy the outdoors, whether that means sprucing up the garden or relaxing in the sunshine. The theme also promotes bringing the outside world in.

Across our homes, taking part in this exciting theme may mean encouraging residents’ involvement in the home’s Garden Club or Walking Club, promoting activities like bird watching, growing fruit, vegetables, plants and flowers, garden games, having meals or tea and coffee outside, painting outside furniture and generally brightening up garden spaces. To name a few!

We are sure our residents will have lots of fun taking part in activities centred around the theme of this month!
