Tallis House receive 'Good' CQC Rating
Great news for everyone at Tallis House, in Waltham Abbey, Essex, for receiving a new and improved rating from the Care Quality Commission.
The home, previously rated ‘Requires Improvement’, has now received its official ‘Good’ rating, consistent across every key line of enquiry; safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
The rating is proof of the hard work taking place at Tallis House, and the passion and determination of the entire team in continuing to provide the very best care for their residents.
Gavin O’Hare-Connolly, Chief Operating Officer for Runwood Homes Senior Living commented, “I am truly delighted to see Tallis House back to an overall Good rating with improvement in every single KLOE. Sharon and her team have worked incredibly hard to ensure that very high standards of care are both realised and embedded. Feedback from all stakeholders continues to be exemplary with an open and progressive culture very much part of the home.”
Congratulations to Home Manager, Sharon, and the team at Tallis House!
