Laureate Court are delighted to receive 'Good' CQC Rating

The Runwood Homes Group are delighted to have received the excellent news that their care home, Laureate Court, in Rotherham, has received their ‘Good’ CQC Rating.  

The report stated:

“People told us they were happy, and that staff were kind, caring and compassionate and all our observations confirmed this. People's physical and emotional needs were met. The provider had worked with external health and social care professionals to assess and review people's care in line with best practice guidance. People were supported to maintain their nutrition and hydration.”

The home, which was previously rated ‘Requires Improvement’ whilst registered with its former provider, has seen vast improvements in the delivery and overall quality of care and this has been reflected through its new rating. The professional team at Laureate Court are thrilled to see that their hard work, determination and passion for what they do has been recognised by the CQC.
