Jasmine Purwaha

Jasmine has devoted her career to care since 1997, working across various roles in the social care sector, including Domestic Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Project Manager, Regional Operations Manager and more, and has combined her experience and passion to offer expert support as Director of Operations at Runwood Homes. 

From the start, Jasmine identified that there was a large gap in the market to provide person-cantered care, and commissioned her own residential care home, which she ran for a number of years. Jasmine draws off of her own experience, which allows her to connect with staff at all levels and provide them with support and solutions. From her own culture, Jasmine has always had respect for the elderly, which she brings to her work. Jasmine’s motto is: ‘They are not our residents, they are our family.”
