Terry Gray

Terry has 20 years of experience working within operations in the care and hospitality sector. Starting his career as a volunteer supporting disabled adults on holiday, Terry has worked in a variety of roles which combine hospitality and care and is passionate about giving every client the best possible experience alongside the highest quality of care.

Terry joined Runwood Homes in April 2022 as Home Manager and most recently, the role of Regional Operations Director, which he is finding engaging and fulfilling. Terry is working with the teams to develop the homes to give the best service to the residents and their families and is looking forward to the future.

Terry lives in Maldon with his partner and children. He enjoys music, gardening and travelling
