Dan Scott-Elder

Dan has been working in Health & Social care for over 23 years.  Dan started his career as a care assistant in 1999 and over the years progressed to deputy manager, then home manager.  Over the last couple of years Dan has been working in various regional roles.

Dan became England’s youngest CQC registered manager in 2004.  This was a great achievement for Dan.

Dan joined Runwood Homes in 2021 as a Senior Home Manager and was promoted to the role of Regional Operations Director in June 2022. Dan is working with his portfolio of homes to ensure that person centred care is always delivered to our residents.

Dan’s passion is to provide outstanding care to our residents, and this is supported by a team of experienced, loyal care home managers.
