The team play in the Suffolk Youth Football League, Under 15’s in Division 2.
All the teammates are very local to the area of Hadleigh, Suffolk, so Waterfield House are delighted to help represent a team so close to home, showing the close links between the home and members of the community, including those of all ages.
The care home, operated by Runwood Homes, supports their local community in a variety of different ways, to help build strong bonds and lasting relationships with its members.
Rob Barton, Manager for Hadleigh Brettsiders U15’s Football Club, said: “Having a business within the community that can support youth football by sponsoring their kit is valuable.
The team is self-funded and the donation received to fund their kit is amazing, not only do the team get to wear a kit that represents the club, it also represents a local business showing community spirt and support. Its huge contribution to help the team survive.
The continued support that Runwood Homes gives is much appreciated, on behalf of the players, coaching team and parents, we can’t thank you enough!”
