Shining for the Royal Ascot at Park View care home

The residents and care team at Park View care home in Witham, celebrated the Royal Ascot in style; with cheese, wine and cocktails, and of course, trendsetting hats which set off smiling faces.

The third day of the Royal Ascot is known as Ladies Day, when racegoers show off their most stylish and elegant fascinator hats.

Diane Anderson, Wellbeing Lead at Park View, said: “We decided to hold a lovely cocktail afternoon for the Royal Ascot Day. The weather wasn’t so great, so we stayed inside and watched the horse races on the television whilst enjoying cheese, wine and cocktails. We love to hold many special occasions for our residents at Park View and look forward to many more exciting events in the future.”
