Runwood Homes announces early increase of National Living Wage

Runwood Homes has announced it will increase pay for different roles across the group.

From Monday the 13^th of November 2023, a variety of positions across Runwood Homes Senior Living and Sanders Senior Living will receive a pay increase to above the current National Living Wage of £10.42 per hour, paying £11 per hour as a minimum.

Gordon Sanders, CEO of Runwood Homes and Sanders Senior Living, said: “I am delighted to announce this increase in wages for our care teams ahead of Christmas. The teams within Runwood Homes and Sanders Senior Living work tirelessly ensuring our residents are cared for to the very best standard.  By bringing in this increase five months early, I hope it goes to show how much we are thankful for their unwavering commitment to residents living in our homes.”
