Registered Home Manager
Responsible for the 24 Hour smooth running of the service. Must have strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure high standards of care and business efficiency. An NVQ qualification in Management is essential.

Deputy Home Manager
Responsible for providing a varied programme of activities to stimulate and keep our residents engaged, you will work in close conjunction with care staff. The work is varied and challenging but very rewarding and you will be working in a friendly and supportive environment. Experience of a similar role is desirable, but we will provide you with comprehensive training and support. You just need to be creative, outgoing, caring and enthusiastic and have a passion for working with older people in a friendly environment.

Leading a small care team of staff during a span of duty, you will maximise quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home. With a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Qualification or similar. Practical experience of working with older people especially those living with the dementia is an advantage. Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.

Good communication and IT skills are also essential.

Kitchen Assistant
As part of the support services team, you will provide a quality catering service and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents. Good team working skills are essential.

Chef/Cook
You will be responsible for every aspect of our catering operation and lead your team to provide a quality service within the agreed cost parameters. Combining excellent staff management skills with the ability to manage budgets and monitor performance, you’ll be adept at meeting diverse dietary needs. Relevant qualifications and experience gained in a similar role are essential.

House Keeper
A member of our integrated care team you will supervise the day to day running of the Domestic Staff, working within the team to ensure a high degree of cleanliness in all areas of the care home and other similar establishments.
