Runwood residents recollect in successful Boots Memory Box Workshops

A little while ago we reported that Boots UK had approached us requesting if they could visit some of our home to host a Memory Box workshop as part of a Dementia Action Week initiative.

We are pleased to report that our residents had a fantastic time recalling the items that the Boots archive team presented and the two week workshops in each selected home did exactly as they promised; stimulated memories and encouraged interaction. Even better, the Boots project was especially designed for those living with dementia.
