John, resident at Braywood Gardens, recently celebrated his 91st birthday, and his fellow residents wanted to make the day extra special. Everyone enjoyed making cheese straws from scratch, rolling the dough and twisting it into shape. When it came to tasting, residents thoroughly enjoyed them and many asked for more. The whole activity got a big thumbs up from residents, and staff were more than happy to help when needed.
