Residents take part in fun Christmas activities at Braywood Gardens!

Residents at Braywood Gardens in Nottingham enjoyed some musical exercise with a parachute and some balls. They worked to the beat of The Beatles ‘Yellow Submarine’ trying to keep all the different balls on the parachute at once.

They later reminisced about ‘the good old days’ whilst making Christmas decorations and gifts out of items from around the home. They glued sequins to the outside of empty jam jars and are hoping that when they dry, they can put either sweets or lights inside. The jars will then be sold at the Braywood Gardens Christmas market on December 1st.

Fun arts and craft sessions allow the residents to take part in a creative activity whilst encouraging them to talk about their favourite Christmas memories.
