Broomhills care home in Rochford, Essex, are proud to announce that The Prospers have awarded us today the Bronze status, for all our efforts and hard work for what we have implemented in the home to reduce falls, UTI’S and Pressure ulcers.
Broomhills have been a part of the The Prospers Initiative since 2016. The Prospers is Essex county Council initiative, who provide support and training and work with us to find initiatives to make reduce falls, UTI’s and pressure ulcers so we can keep our residents safe and improve their quality of life. Broomhills won 3 awards from The Prospers in November 2019. We have now set our next SMART aim, and will be focusing on achieving the Silver status by June 2020, then will focus further to achieve the Gold Status by December 2020.
