    Welcome to Windmill House! I have managed a few care homes, heavily involved in quality and compliance and helping out other managers before joining as the Home Manager of Windmill House. I always believe that caring for the residents is done through a partnership between families and everyone in the care home including the members of the multidisciplinary team. What makes Windmill House special is our commitment to make this a homely environment where visiting the residents is like coming to their own home seeing friendly faces just like we are all one happy family.
