Meet Our Home Manager

Nicola Patchett

Nicola, Home Manager at Maun View, has a genuine passion for the home, as this is where she began her career in care, back in 2007.

During her time at Runwood Homes, Nicola has developed from Care Assistant to, now, Home Manager – her drive to make a difference to the lives of others continues.

“My aim is to ensure that high-quality care is provided in the most person-centred way, to all our residents, while also ensuring they are happy and enjoying life,” comments Nicola.

Simply put, Nicola adores listening closely to her resident’s achievements and lifelong memories. She feels privileged to be part of Maun View’s resident’s and families’ lives.

At Runwood Homes, we offer a full food and dining menu consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks to suit all dietary requirements. For residents requiring textured food or modified food, rest assured that your loved one’s needs will also be catered for. We take into account meal preferences from each resident in our care and aim to provide their favourite meals that they are used to.

Activities & Events

Your loved one will benefit from a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator within the home; they will organise and encourage social interactions with a range of engaging activities. The Lifestyle Coordinator will create an activity calendar taking into account your loved one’s interests and varying needs. Activities may include Music and singing sessions, arts and crafts, bingo, baking and visits to outside attractions etc.
