What our clients have to say about us:
My aunt was a resident here for about 5 years and was happy and well cared for. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly, cheerful and kind. In her own words, she felt safe here.
A H (Niece of Resident)
I felt I must write to thank everyone for the care and attention given to Mum over the last two years. She had been very happy living with you all and I really couldn't have asked for more kindness, love and tenderness to have been shown to her, especially, but not only, by those closest to her during her final weeks and days when she was treated like family. I'm sure that everyone knows that entrusting a mother to someone else's care is no easy thing and Hugh and I feel very fortunate in having entrusted her to your good care. With very grateful and heartfelt thanks.
V & H (Daughter of Resident)
My dear Sir
In Jan I had my right leg amputated. I spent some time in and out of various respite. ‘Powers that be’ decided, rightly, that I could not cope, so I was placed in the home above. (Waterfield House Care Home)
However sir, I have received the most wonderful care. I am not a patient, I am part of a wonderful family. Sir, I do not know if you have a special interview technique, but your choosing of applicants is an example to your organisation.
I should like to mention some names, impossible. They are all wonderful!
God bless you all, sir
With heartfelt thanks
JM (Current Resident)
