Geraldine Alfonso

Hello, my name is Geraldine, and welcome to Chelmunds Court. I have 21 years of experience in care and have been proud to be part of the Runwood Homes family since 2012. One of my strongest qualities is taking on challenges, which has helped me grow into a better leader and mentor.

I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our staff. At Chelmunds Court, residents enjoy a safe, homely environment, filled with laughter and supported by a friendly, caring, and highly skilled team.

At Runwood Homes, we offer a full food and dining menu consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks to suit all dietary requirements. For residents requiring textured food, rest assured that your loved one’s needs will also be catered for. We take into account meal preferences from each resident in our care and aim to provide their favourite meals that they are used to.

Activities & Events

Your loved one will benefit from a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator within the home; they will organise and encourage social interactions with a range of engaging activities. The Lifestyle Coordinator will create an activity calendar taking into account your loved one’s interests and varying needs. Activities may include music and singing sessions, arts and crafts, bingo, baking and visits to outside attractions etc.
