Chelmunds Court feeling festive following amazing Christmas Fete

Visitors to Chelmunds Court’s Christmas Fete enjoyed a great table top sale full of great Christmas gifts and treats which helped to raise money to put towards special outings and activities for residents enjoyment.

The fabulous grotto, amazing staff and volunteers put a smile on our residents faces by dressing up and greeting everyone in their lounges at the Chelmsley Wood care home in Solihull.

Children that visited Santa in his magical grotto left with a smile and a gift. One child melted Santa’s heart with a Christmas card and a letter to Santa. Chef Mel served lovely hot and cold food to all visitors on the day. We also received so much support from staff members, residents of Chelmunds Court care home and their families and we’d like to thank everyone who attended.

Our community Christmas Fete was amazing and truly appreciated by all. Everyone was left feeling very festive!
