Chinese New Year Watford community event Greenbanks on Tuesday 5 February

Bringing our community together for a fantastic Chinese New Year’s Day celebration!

We’d like to invite you, the people of our local Watford community, and neighbouring areas, to join us at Greenbanks for a Chinese New Year celebration open day event on Tuesday 5 February from midday until 3pm.

To mark the social occasion, we’ll be dressed in the colour red, a popular colour in the Chinese culture, symbolising luck, happiness and joy, and we will be cooking up traditional Chinese food for our guests. The Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor, will also be joining us at Greenbanks to enjoy freshly prepared noodle dishes and spring rolls, loving made by our talented cooks.

Join us and be part of our community; make new friends, meet the team and spend some time with us and our residents who’d love to socialise with you. Guests are also welcome to take a tour of Greenbanks or ask any questions about our residential care services.
