Motivating Conversations game introduced at Crowstone House by Wellbeing Lead

Staff at Crowstone House have been putting their imagination to the test, testing out a ‘Motivating Conversations’ game. Wellbeing Lead at Crowstone House, Trish, would have residents close their eyes and pick a question from their ‘What Did You Say?’ bag. Residents would then discuss their answer with other residents, encouraging residents to communicate things with people they may not have had conversations with before. 

Wellbeing Lead Trish said, “This really sparked conversations between residents and staff - it really did work. Two residents even sat and spoke about their favourite foods for an hour, it truly was magical to hear all about our resident’s life and experiences.”
