Glenabbey Manor care home have a grand day out at War Years Remembered Museum
Glenabbey Manor care home in Glengormley, Northern Ireland, had a grand day out; almost all of the residents ventured to the fantastic War Years Remembered Museum in Ballyclare. Staff and residents were able to view the artefacts and also enjoy some singing and dancing, and of course, tea, cake and food.
The collection of artefacts spans over 100 years of military and social history during the greatest two impacts of the twentieth century, The Great War and The Second World War.
Staff at Glenabbey Manor said, "We all had a ball, everyone really enjoyed it.”
