Your Care in Our Hands

Jubilee Court is a purpose built 75 bedroom residential care home situated in historical Hucknall, just north of Nottingham, offering a variety of professional residential care services to residents. This spacious Nottinghamshire home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia and those requiring general nursing. Jubilee Court care and nursing home offers 24 hour residential care, dementia care, nursing care as well as offering short stay care and respite care for those looking for a short term care option in Nottingham.

We strive to create a homely environment at Jubilee Court, and we provide all the comforts of good food, good company and friendly staff, in a calm and restful atmosphere. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, many with en-suite bathroom facilities. Unlike in its past when Rolls Royce used Hucknall for testing the first vertical take-off aircraft, then known as the 'flying bedstead', the bedsteads at Jubilee Court don’t fly, but rather give comfort to our residents. In addition, this Nottinghamshire nursing home has excellent amenities and a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.

We are pleased to partner with local authorities and the NHS to offer referral placements at Jubilee Court as well as welcoming residents who are self funded. Residents health and well being and ensuring dignity for everyone is at the forefront of our care mission. Our friendly and compassionate team at Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing provides companionship, assurances and support for its residents at all times.

Our activity programme ensures that residents remain stimulated and engaged and our activity coordinators take into account resident’s hobbies, needs and interests. The activities at Jubilee Court are varied, including such entertainment as;

  • Ballet Dancers
  • Choirs
  • Puppet Shows
  • Lunch at The Nabb pub
  • Once monthly Church Service

Alongside enjoying themselves, residents can receive a wide range of health and fitness benefits from taking part. Jubilee Court also has beautiful gardens, which provide a quiet haven for relaxing, and the opportunity for residents to take part in outdoor activities. Supported by their carers, residents are often taken out on visits to local attractions, shops and to enjoy parks and gardens.

We also offer care to young adults over the age of 18 who require residential or dementia care - long or short stay.

Having established our reputation caring for older people in and around the Hucknall area over the past 8 years, we have extended our good quality of care to younger adults with various disabilities. We believe that all people, young or older, deserves to live their life to the fullest potential in a safe, caring environment.

We have a themed tea room at Jubilee Court, designed to enable residents, families and friends to meet in a relaxing, traditional tea room environment, and enjoy a day out experience without having to leave the home. For more information on the Tea Room at Jubilee Court, please see the tab above.

What our clients have to say about us:

Staff at Jubilee Court were excellent in caring for my mother, who at the age of 63 had dementia. The home has a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere and it is run by an excellent management team. I was always well informed about my mothers day to day living and I was given plenty of support and insight into dementia so I could understand more about my mother's behaviour and illness. I felt that the staff had become like my extended family.
