Madelayne Court held their first outdoor Christmas Cracker Fete.

Madelayne Court held their first outdoor Christmas Cracker Fete recently. Residents and family enjoyed a popular husband & wife duo, The Wanders, who sung 60’s and 70’s music along with popular Christmas songs.

Assortments of stalls sold home-made crafts, home-made Christmas cards, plants grown by our gardening team in our greenhouse, as well as a nail bar run by Ana-Maria, a jewellery stall, mystic-meg who read the tarot cards and did palm readings and a home-made cake stall. The homes chefs severed up pigs in blankets with cranberry sauce, pulled pork with apple sauce with a choice of mulled wine or hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows.

A raffle was held with many prizes including hampers of food and drink, and the afternoon was a complete success.
