Staff and residents enjoy some time together making Christmas decoration at Park View.

The staff and residents at Park View in Warwickshire had some fun together making Christmas wreaths last week. They used paper plates, some coloured paper and finished it off with some festive stickers.

This is all part of our ‘Tools Down’ initiative which ensures every member of staff at 11am puts down whatever they’re doing and spends time with our residents. It allows staff and residents to bond together for 30 minutes to enjoy conversation and grow their companionships. The initiative aims to keep everyone connected in meaningful engagement.
