I am absolutely over the moon with this care home. All the staff go above and beyond for my mum. She loves all the staff. The food she says is amazing. Every time I go there is laughter and fun. I can't rate this care home highly enough. The manager is friendly and approachable she does an excellent job again always going above and beyond for all the residents they all genuinely care.

From the first day she went in July 2024 to now mum has received the very best care at Westwood. All of the staff are fantastic from management, carers and support staff, caretakers, chefs: Nothing is too much trouble. We as a family are very grateful for the care she receives. Would highly recommended Westwood! Can't thank all involved enough - brilliant!

My wife has been at Windle Court for the past six months, first for respite then into permanent care. She has been treated with care and dignity at all times and has settled in well with the support, care and dedication of all the staff across the board.

I have my mum and auntie both staying with you and they both receive the best care possible. I have visited at all times from early morning to late evening and always found the careers to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. The variety of activities and outings are second to none. You all do a fantastic job and I think of you all as extended family.

My experience of Stafford Hall Nursing Home South Benfleet has always been a positive experience. My relative is happy, looking a lot healthier, and very well cared for. The staff are all very welcoming too. The place itself always seems to be very clean and hygienic. Very happy to always visit as it is always a positive experience.

I can not thank the staff at Victoria House Day Care Centre enough for the kind and passionate way they look after my mum who has Dementia. Mum looks forward to going everyday and always comments on how caring the staff are and the respectful way they treat her. This centre has allowed us to keep mum in our care whilst we work. Three staff members in particular and all the team are wonderful. God bless you.
