Runwood Homes announces new names of two Northern Ireland care homes
Ard Mhacha House, a residential care home centrally located in County Armagh, has been renamed to Orchard Lodge Care Home. Situated just off Cathedral Road alongside St Patrick’s Cathedral, this purpose built care home has announced a brand new name, which is much more appealing, following a takeover of ownership.
Orchard Lodge Care Home offers residential and nursing care as well as specialist care for those living with dementia. This modern care home in Armagh also provides respite care, end of life care and specialist care for young people with physical disabilities.
Geannan, a Dungannon care home, has been renamed to Willow Grove Care Home. The new name is now much more suited to the residential care service that it provides, after causing some confusion and also marks moving on from previous ownership.
Willow Grove Care Home is a modern 54 bedroom residential care home in Ballygawley Road, Dungannon. A team of talented and experienced professionals provides expert care for older people, including for those living with dementia, with a dedicated area designed to maintain independence in a safe environment. Bedrooms at Willow Grove Care Home are beautifully furnished, with en-suite toilet facilities and televisions. The home also has excellent amenities, including comfortable lounges in which residents can relax.
