Jim Fowler

Health & Safety Manager

Jim joined Runwood in the Spring of 2008 as a Building Construction Site Manager, overseeing the site work of the company’s building projects. Success in that role soon led to promotion as Contracts Manager, negotiating the contracts for the various site works. By natural progression Jim’s next promotion was to the role of Estates Manager with overall responsibility for the buildings in the group and their maintenance.

With the rapid development of Runwood Homes and with Jim’s wide experience he has recently become the company’s Health & Safety Manager. His responsibilities in that role include Health & Safety Guidance and Compliance. Jim works closely with our Director of Construction, Tommy Sanders.
