Payroll Manager

Josie started her working life as a Clerk in a Building Society, making her way up to Assistant Manager before having a family break. On her return to the working world she started with Runwood Homes in 1989 when it was in its infancy as a Property Development Company with one small Care Home. At that time she was employed to do all aspects of Administration for the Company. She has been privileged to watch the Company grow from strength to strength over the years and as the number of staff increased, followed the path towards specialising in Payroll. To ensure the quality of the Payroll she now works with a team of eight ladies who are all very dedicated and committed to delivering the best possible service to our hard working members of staff.
