Susan Friend

Susan has been working in the HR environment for 28 years, starting her HR journey within a large aircraft cleaning and catering company, and holding HR Management / Head of HR roles for the past 12 years, in FMCG, Contact Centre and Engineering environments. Susan achieved her professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2009, upgrading to Chartered Member status in the same year (Chartered MCIPD). Susan leads our team of HR Advisors, ensuring best practice in our processes.
