Residents at Weavers House decorate the home for Harvest Festival.

Residents at Weavers House in Cookstown, County Tyrone, enjoyed themselves with a recent arts and crafts activity by making some displays for Harvest festival. Arts and crafts sessions allow for residents to take part in simulating, creative activities and encourages conversation.

It was another busy day getting the homes harvest display ready, which the residents loved participating in. With the help of the residents, staff put the display together in the main reception area, where it can proudly be seen by everyone. Residents painted fake pumpkins, made beautiful bunches of flowers and even made an autumn themed pom-pom wreath - it looks magical.
