Windle Court residents take a trip to Chelmsford to explore the market.

Residents at Windle Court in Chelmsford, Essex, recently enjoyed their lovely day out to Chelmsford Market. The home was buzzing with excitement, and to top things off, the weather held out for their outing. Staff and residents took their time browsing around the weekly market, stopping at every stall. Residents purchased wool and knitting items, magazines, homemade pickles and craft materials.

Once the residents had seen all the stalls they moved on to the local shopping centre to have a browse and some nice hot food. After this they made their way back to the minibus for their final stop at the Meadow Croft Garden Centre to browse the plants.

Staff at Windle Court said, “Every thoroughly enjoyed the day and we really enjoyed ourselves looking at all of the displays and market stalls.”
