Windmill House take part in The Big Garden Bird Watch.

When Windmill House had to postpone their weekly Walking Group due to freezing temperatures, residents turned their attention to taking part in The Big Garden Bird Watch.

Residents got involved filling bird feeders with seeds and fat balls and hanging them on their many bird tables located around their garden. Residents also had some fun taking part in a Bird Word Puzzle, by cutting out photographs of garden birds and using reference books.

The bird fun doesn’t stop there, as the theme will continue across Windmill House for the following weeks, crossing into the Pottery Group, Tools Down and their Gardening Group.
