You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of all residents in maintaining the six broad values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment You will report to the Home Manager. To ensure the correct level of care and assistance is delivered to each service user enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence at all times. To support and assist residents to live as normal a life as possible, recognising that assistance should only be given when necessary. To carryout the necessary housekeeping duties ensuring that the home remains clean and homely at all times, this includes the care of linen and service users personal laundry, making of beds and ensuring service users bedrooms are clean and tidy and to assist with any other housekeeping duty that may arise. To ensure all documentation relating to the service user’s care is updated and maintained to the highest of standards. And all other related care team manager duties as outlined in the job description.
