Meet Our Home Manager

Jeffrey Ford

Welcome to Jubilee Court I’m Jeffrey Ford the Registered Home Manager. I am a registered mental health nurse, my career commenced in Adult mental health services. However, in 2013, I transitioned to the specialised and rewarding field of nursing homes. This marked the beginning of a new chapter, one that allowed me to channel my skills and passion into creating a nurturing environment for residents in need of comprehensive care. Jubilee Court, is designed to cater to the diverse needs of individuals with dementia, frailty, and physical disabilities. We offer a holistic approach, providing both residential and nursing care, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to enhance their quality of life. I enjoy the daily interactions with residents, listening to their stories and knowledge gained over their lifetimes. We work hard to meet the needs of the residents by listening to their views, we have established resident meetings to support this process and a culture of placing the resident at the centre.

At Runwood Homes, we offer a full food and dining menu consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks to suit all dietary requirements. For residents requiring textured food or modified food, rest assured that your loved one’s needs will also be catered for. We take into account meal preferences from each resident in our care and aim to provide their favourite meals that they are used to.

Activities & Events

Your loved one will benefit from a dedicated wellbeing lead within the home; they will organise and encourage social interactions with a range of engaging activities. The wellbeing lead will create an activity calendar taking into account your loved one’s interests and varying needs. Activities may include Music and singing sessions, arts and crafts, bingo, baking and visits to outside attractions etc.
