Meet Our Home Manager

Charlotte Ford

I have worked in health care for almost 12 years. I started my career in health care working in domiciliary care. I moved on from this and started my journey in the care home setting in 2017 & worked in a 92 bedding nursing home. I become the first nursing assistant in the company and progressed to unit manager, deputy manager then registered care home manager in the space of 4 years.

I managed a 44 bedded residential home in which while in post we was inspected by CQC & went from RI rating to GOOD rating in all 5 KLOES. I am dedicated to my job role and I am currently completing my level 5 in leadership and management.
